Won't be continuing tutoring as not quite the right tutor for me.

I have not taught this student any lessons. Zlata wanted to ask questions only using WhatsApp and I did my best to answer those questions in a prompt manner but that is not how studying is done. I did advise taking actual lessons which would help this student gain deeper understanding of the topic they are trying to learn but my suggestions were ignored.

My brother had only 4 weeks to prepare for his UCAT exam. I contacted Ahmad who provided 5 lessons to assist with getting my brother ready for it.

Ahmad was very enthusiastic, encouraging and had a determined approach. He was available for my brother to liaise with during the week with regards to his progress to ensure he was kept up to date throughout and could provide further assistance and direction.

Ahmad had a focussed strategy which motivated my brother and this was evidenced by the good mark my brother attained in his UCAT. The score achieved was a significant improvement compared to the initial mock score my brother had received.

I have been very impressed with Ahmad's approach and have now also arranged for him to provide my brother with Chemistry and Biology A Level tuition to hopefully improve his grades. I highly recommend Ahmad as a tutor as he is incredibly supportive and tailors his approach to suit the student.

I have bookt a lesson for Ahmed on first day and his lessons are £35per hour and that day i paid him £35 for the lesson and i have done nothing else but talking asking me about my life history and for the last five minutes he asking me to do something which I don't even understand people don't want wasting there time just talking when they paying that much money even if the talking related about the lesson that would be some thing and that was my first day and the last day seeing him and it was my worst experience ever I'm very disappointed really.

If you recall, you specifically said to me that your requirements are different as you are a mature student from Somalia who will learning English from scratch so I had to understand how effectively I can help you and how ideally we can proceed.
You also told me that you only have one hour that you can give me because you have to be at work so I was in a conundrum to deliver the lesson to the best of my abilities and not waste your time.

Also you may recall me telling you that an English exam will consist of speaking and writing. Therefore, I made an calculative decision of hitting two birds with one stone and decided to let you talk about yourself while telling you what speaking mistakes you’re making. I did tell you this and you agreed with me that it was the right way to proceed.
Towards, the end of the lesson I laid out an agenda for us which entailed how to effectively move forward and I set you a piece of work on writing an article from a past exam paper, for us to discuss in the next lesson.
After that, I have had no communication from you whatsoever after several attempts. I apologise that you feel the lesson wasn’t of use to you. I take my role as an educator very seriously. I am happy to refund you the full amount. I just hoped that you expressed yourself with complete transparency afterwards rather than staying quiet and, now, leaving this review.

I am quite disappointed and, frankly, shocked to see that you feel that my interaction with your son was not up to the mark even though I spent over 2 hours for an 1.5 hour lesson and went through everything bit by bit with you to make sure you are satisfied as well.
As stated before, I can't make a valuable difference with only one interaction. I need more time and that is the only way to witness improvement.

I met Mr during a very tense and stressful time before my final university exams; asking for help in English language (Writing, Listening, Speaking and Reading).
I am pleased to write this review because he has done a phenomenal job at improving these skills of mine. Just by interacting with him on a regular basis for couple of weeks, I noticed drastic improvements. He has an inspiring personality that he carries really well. He is very enthusiastic and passionate about the subject and makes it interesting for me to learn. He is very professional, yet friendly. He even offered to help me during the times when I am not in a lesson with him. He always mentions to message him with any problems that I might have at any time and he replies really promptly as well.
He checked several of my university assignments before submission and because of his input, I have been able to achieve outstanding marks in my reports.
Other than that, he is punctual and always smiling. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Unprofessional, never attended the second lesson and did not bother to call and cancel it. We have not heard from him since. We paid the first lesson and the site fees for nothing.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I did come for the second lesson and called you and your brother several times and waited 15-20 mins outside and after texting you and not hearing from you, I had to leave.
I still have the text messages with me but I was not the one who was unprofessional. I tried my very best to be civil but you guys didn't even have the courtesy to reply so I thought you didn't want me as your tutor but nothing was communicated to me. I am very disappointed to read this review from you, after all I did just in the first lesson to help your brother and your sister in law out with everything I possibly could.
I hope you ask your brother about the messages and if you still want the lessons, I am always available on weekends. This review tarnishes my image and it is completely unjust to me as a professional

With all due respect, I always told shazaib to tell me what he wants me to go over with him before the lesson and he was either unsure and just didn't know what specifically he wanted me to go over with him. I only had two lessons with him so far and only once he told me to print off the questions for him before the lesson, which I did for him and went through with him during the lesson.
I have tried to help him as much as I can but due to inconsistent contact and his scattered aims of trying to get everything done in one short lesson has hindered his ability to absorb information in a more efficient manner which I have always pointed out to him.
It's my duty to be completely honest with my clients and I hope I have done justice to my role as tutor. It is not my intentions to offend you in anyway therefore I apologise for any inconvenience I may have caused, thanks.
