I am an A-level psychology teacher living and working in Winchester. I also love playing football and hockey, cooking and playing music.
I have been an academic tutor for 15 years and a professional A-Level psychology teacher for 6 years. After completing a Masters in Psychology and a teacher training course in London I moved out to Alton, and have now settled in Winchester, working at Peter Symonds College.
In my approach to teaching and tutoring psychology I aim to demystify the subject and syllabus, showing a clearer path to academic success. I focus on 'updating' a students learning and revision strategies, helping them to find new and more effective ways to engage with the material and achieve exam success. I aim to embed study skills which will serve the student throughout their academic career and beyond.
