Hi! my name is Alina, and I'm a third-year medical student at the University of Liverpool.
I completed my GCSES in 2021, achieving 10 Grade 9s, and my A levels in 2023, achieving A*AA grades in Biology, Chemistry and Politcs respectively, so I have a fair bit of experience in exam strategy to access those top marks!
I was also a first time offer holder for medicine in 2023 at a top russel group university. I know what examiners and interviewers are looking for in the medicine application process! My UCAT and interview lessons are tailored to the university you are applying for and your strengths and ability.
I am a determined person, and would love to help others in their own academic journeys to achieve their goals too!

Tutoring Experience

• Over 500 hours of lessons as a Tutor in 3 years for A level and GCSE Biology and chemistry both in one to one sessions and group sessions.
• Tutor/volunteer in a library, working with children with learning disabilities which taught me to adjust my pace and teaching style to help people individually.
• Led the schools medical society, and was an first time offer holder for medicine in 2023.

Tutoring Approach

I will teach every student how they learn best. Traditionally, I stick to PowerPoint slideshows, and lots of exam practice and active recall, with Q&A any time you need me via WhatsApp. Im very flexible with timings, and can generally offer as many lessons as you'd like and whenever you'd like.
