Having taught A Level History for 14 years, I know that all learners can achieve! Yet sometimes, we all need a little extra help. My aim is to offer whatever additional help and support is needed to ensure success.

Tutoring Experience

I am currently Head of History at an FE college. I have been teaching A level History for 14 years and have been a WJEC A Level History examiner for 7 years. This has allowed me to identify what works well in the classroom and how to turn classroom learning into exam success.

Tutoring Approach

As everyone learns in different ways, I am more than happy to discuss individual needs and adapt my approach accordingly. However, I do like to use simple, tried and tested strategies with particular focus on exam technique.
