Anna Katharina

Hello!

My name is Anna Katharina and I offer English speaking guidance and practice for children, and for adults keen to learn the language.

I am currently living in Edinburgh, where I am also a novelist and freelance writer. I love theatre and cold crisp winters, glasses of wine by the fireside, and walks through the snowy countryside. In the light of the pandemic, all my support is now offered online / telephone.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored previously whilst studying English Literature at postgraduate level at St Andrews University in Scotland, and have lots of experience with caring for and supporting young children.

I now focus on offering support in English speaking, and help enhance language confidence and conversation.

Tutoring Approach

My approach is lighthearted, and takes real conversation, laughter, daily experiences and common expressions into the language we practise.
