Introduction:
Hello, my name is Anum Shahbaz, and I am a seasoned secondary school teacher with over 10 years of experience in the field of education. I currently teach Physics at Brampton Manor Academy, where I have been fostering a love for scientific approach for the past eight years.

Educational Background:
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Gujrat Pakistan and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Pakistan. Additionally, I am certified in secondary education with a specialization in Physics and Scientific Studies.

Professional Experience:
Throughout my career, I have taught a variety of subjects including General Science, Physics, Biology and Chemistry at both the middle and high school levels. At Previous School, I also served as the head of the GCSE Department, where I was responsible for curriculum development and teacher mentoring.

Teaching Philosophy:
I believe in a student-centered approach to education, where active learning and critical thinking are at the forefront of my teaching. My goal is to create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages all students to engage with the material and express their ideas confidently.

Professional Development:
To stay current with educational trends, I regularly attend workshops and conferences such as the National Council of Teachers of Science (NCTS) annual convention. I am also a member of the International Literacy Association (ILA), where I collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices.

Personal Interests:
Outside the classroom, I have a passion for writing and have published a research paper. I also lead the school's debate club, helping students develop their public speaking and argumentative skills.

I have more then Ten Years Teaching experience to GCSE and Secondary School. Moreover i also have worked as Advance Skilled Teacher (AST), where i have trained many teachers.

The best teaching approach can vary depending on the context, including the subject matter, the age and learning styles of the students, and the educational goals.
