I am a current student at the University of Bath in my final year of studies. I took my A levels recently in 2021, getting an A in Maths and English Language along with an A* in Music. As someone who took their A levels during the pandemic, I recognize the significant pressure students face to perform well. This is only amplified when students aren't able to receive the help they need in the classroom. This means it is more important than ever for students to have a friendly face outside of the classroom that they can turn to for academic support!

Tutoring Experience

As a final-year university student, I am well-equipped to assist students ranging from primary school to college with their education. Having completed my A levels in the post-pandemic climate, I have firsthand experience with the unique challenges students face today and understand how best to overcome them.

Since my time in college, I have gained experiences teaching in many different disciplines, including:

Helping primary school students get ready with their SATS
Assisting Secondary School students with their GCSE exams
Teaching guitar lessons for beginner guitarists
Running boxercise cardiovascular fitness sessions at my local gym

Tutoring Approach

Every student learns differently! My job is to find out what learning approach works for you. Lessons will be engaging, constructive and encouraging. Not only will we learn WHAT to do, we will also learn WHY we do it - as this is often what is omitted from lessons in schools. I am happy to teach online or I can meet the student elsewhere at a public place or a home address in Bath.
