I am starting my degree in Maths and Economics at the London School of Economics in October 2020. I achieved 4 A* in my A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics. I have achieved top grades throughout school in Maths, as well as excelling in national Maths Competitions such as the UKMT Maths Challenges where I have achieved Gold certificates for the past 7 years. In the last 2 years, I qualified for the British Maths Olympiad where I achieved a Merit and Distinction, placing me as one of the top students in the country. Also, I have represented my school for various Maths and Chemistry competitions, at a regional and national level.

I have gone beyond the syllabus for Maths and Further Maths A level, so I am very confident to teach up to Further Maths A level.

Tutoring Experience

I am currently tutoring 2 students GCSE Maths and have previously tutored a student in Maths and English for 11+ entrance exams.

Tutoring Approach

I create a relaxed environment in my lessons where the student can ask questions at any time. I ensure that the student fully grasps the concept, before going through several examples with them. When the student is confident with the topic, we will look at exam techniques in order for them to achieve the highest marks by going through past paper exam questions.
