Hello, I'm a medical student at St George's University of London looking to help students improve their maths skills in preparation for their GCSE exams.

Tutoring Experience

I have 2 years of experience as a private maths tutor and prior to this was part of a mentorship programme in school where I tutored GCSE students whilst I was studying for my A-levels.

Tutoring Approach

Lessons will be pupil centred and I try and use the best approach to explaining concepts tailored to each individual pupil. In maths the best way to improve is via practicing questions therefore working through past exam questions and past papers will play a vital role in our lessons. Typically lessons will involve explanation of topics which would involve evaluating the students current understanding and building on it as necessary, followed by exam question practice on the topic. Once student has covered a sufficient number of topics we will start past paper practice.
