I am a flexible and accommodating Psychology tutor, currently in the first year of my PhD in Psychology at the University of Nottingham. I graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology in 2023 and have been tutoring online for the last four years throughout my degree. I have delivered over 500 lessons with unanimously positive reviews and pride myself on my ability to adapt sessions to the individual student’s needs.
I have delivered over 500 lessons online tutoring to a range of Psychology A Level and GCSE students, primarily teaching the AQA A Level exam specification. This has been through various online tutoring platforms as well as privately.
I also have experience working within an Autism charity, and am confident in adapting my teaching style for neurodiverse individuals to ensure all students can get the most out of their lessons.
My lessons are structured around the individual student, however I always maintain a focus on exam technique.
Particularly within Psychology, I often find A level students can be confident with the content and still find themselves losing marks in exam situations. I have created a bank of exam style questions within each topic to use alongside previous paper questions within lessons, ensuring students are confident in understanding the mark schemes and can effectively summarise their knowledge from the textbook to answer exam questions.
