I am a passionate educator and entrepreneur. I love my job as a teacher. In my spare time I am a keen golfer and love to cook. In my ten years as a teacher I have also become very interested in learning HOW to learn. I’ve done a lot of research into the best and most efficient methods of studying and I have found a way to enjoy studying! Yes that’s right …. You heard me… I will show you an effective and efficient method of grasping and remembering information. I have taught this scientific study method to hundreds of very grateful students.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching A Level Business for ten years. Five of those years as a Head of Department. I am currently teaching A Level Business at a top independent school in the UK. I am originally from Zimbabwe and was educated in South Africa.

Tutoring Approach

I am not a boring teacher....in fact....If I hadn't ended up teaching I wanted to be a famous actor. I make my lessons interesting and draw on relevant examples. I use slides and jamboard to explain concepts and I have a good understanding of AQA and Cambridge syllabus. I am also able to help my students understand the skills of knowledge, application, analysis and evaluation (the tricky one!). I build great rapport with my students and other than being able to teach them the Business concepts I am also able to help them to LEARN what they are learning.
