English and History Tuition in Chester

Hi there! I'm Charlie, a third-year Film and Media studies student at the University of Chester, and I'm providing tutoring services in: History, RE, English, and Music.

I am a creative young person, and I'm always eager to get involved in anything musical. I received a distinction from the Pendleton School of Theatre in my Musical Theatre BTEC, in this course I did dance, drama, and music/singings, and I covered modules such as the history of theatre, modern ways into the industry, music theory and dance technique and terminology. I've been performing for my whole life, even up to University age where I've been involved in a musical production at a society. I play multiple musical instruments, including guitar, ukulele and vocals, and I've achieved examined grades in all instruments and musical theatre.

I'm also offering tutoring services in RE, English and History, as these have been subjects I've received A*s in at GCSE level, and continued learning about in my own time. I am confident and familiar with GCSE curriculums, but can confidently provide lessons at all Primary and Secondary levels.

If you're interested in lessons in Music, RE, English or History, please do give me a shout!

Tutoring Experience

I've been working with young people at TEFL (English as a second language) summer camps for 2 years now, and I love teaching my classes new skills and topics.

Tutoring Approach

I am confident that I can adjust my teaching approach to tailor it to each individual student. I understand that some students learn differently, or have additional needs, and I'm well-educated in Autism, ADHD, and Down's Syndrome.
