I am a French and English teacher of 26 years old. I was born in the UK but lived in France my entire life before coming back to London in 2023 to complete my PGCE. I am currently a French teacher at Cheam High School in Cheam.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught French and English in different French charities and at very different levels and ages. I taught French in a French summer school for international students, eager to know more about French. I have taught during my PGCE year in two English schools as I did a SCITT PGCE (this permits us trainees to learn in situ). At the moment, I am a French teacher at Cheam High School for students aged 11 to 18. I prepare students for GCSEs and also for A Level.

Tutoring Approach

I believe good learning and memorisation of languages happens when trust is possible between the teacher and the student. I try to boost the student's confidence by being positive and precise when teaching. I know how to analyse students' issues and find a way for them to overcome them.
