Christopher

Christopher is a mathematics graduate from Durham university that achieved A*s in Maths and Further Maths at A-level. He is passionate about Maths, and wants to communicate that love of Maths to his students. Whether tutees need to learn the basic Maths needed for everyday life, want to pass crucial exams or develop their mathematical thought processes and reasoning, they will find his wealthy experience of Maths help them to develop the skills need for the rest of their lives.

I have experience teaching 5 pupils for over 30 hours both online and face to face. I have thousands of hours of experience studying mathematics at university.

Tutoring Approach

Christopher offers personalised lessons, tailored to each tutee's individual needs. Quizzes made for each lesson are used to teach and retain key knowledge in the tutee's long-term memory. Other time in the lesson is used to explain concepts and stepped examples. Christopher excels in diagnosing and correcting errors in thought processes, teaching and modelling logical thought processes and approaches to problem solving. Lessons are for 1 hour.
