I’m a dedicated and approachable tutor with a passion for helping students unlock their full potential. I began tutoring at 16, and over the years, I’ve developed a supportive and results-driven style that encourages growth and confidence. Whether it’s building foundational skills or tackling more advanced topics, I take pride in guiding students to success, both academically and personally.

Tutoring Experience

I have several years of experience tutoring both Maths and Classical Guitar, maintaining a 100% pass rate across all my students. I’ve worked with a wide range of abilities, including Set 5 students in Maths, who by the end of the year were achieving mock GCSE results comparable to Set 3. Many of my students have progressed from sitting Foundation papers to confidently taking Higher, consistently achieving top grades. My classical guitar students have also excelled, passing their exams and gaining strong technical and musical confidence.

Tutoring Approach

My approach is patient, friendly, and entirely student-focused. I genuinely care about each student’s progress and take the time to understand how they learn best. I believe that every student has a unique learning style, and I enjoy finding creative, tailored methods to help them master even the most challenging topics. I focus not only on understanding the material but also on developing problem-solving skills so students feel confident and capable when tackling exam-style questions.
