Tutoring Experience

My tutoring journey began during my second year of college when my Maths teacher suggested I help some of the younger students who were struggling. I’ve always been the person my friends turn to whenever they’re confused or need extra help with their studies. Whether it’s sitting down to walk through homework step-by-step or helping classmates grasp difficult concepts before exams, I’ve always been passionate about supporting others. Over the years, I’ve honed my ability to explain challenging material in ways that make it easier to understand and remember.
Imagine going from someone with no confidence in their ability to someone who others turn to for help. Transferring knowledge to others is a thing that’s very important to me, it’s my mission to let as many students experience that privilege as possible.

I believe that the key to success lies in mastering the fundamentals. Many students feel like they’ve been taught methods and exam technique but lack a true understanding of the subject at hand. I focus on helping you understand core concepts so that more advanced topics are easier to tackle. My approach is all about building your confidence—ensuring that you feel capable of solving problems on your own. I add tools to your arsenal to deconstruct bigger and bigger problems until they can be done in familiar steps. I create a supportive learning environment where you’re encouraged to ask questions, no matter how small, and where your progress is always the priority. I’ll also provide you with resources and methods to study effectively on your own, so you can stay motivated and see real progress. By showing you that success is within reach, we can turn your frustration into confidence and achievement.
