I was having a hard time with 2nd year Calculus for Engineering. Dani could foretell where I would slip up. She would not give me the answer until I figured it out with clues. Through honest conversation with no embarrassment I would explain my though process out loud and she would guide me based on this. My confidence in my own intellect has since grown. Feeling a lot more likely to reach correct final solutions now having confidence that my intermediate steps and reasoning are in fact sound! Thank you Dani for all the bolstering. :)

I met Dani through a tutoring service established within the University of Edinburgh before asking her to tutor my daughter. I liked her instantly. We have been undertaking 2 hours of tuition per week. My daughter's grades have since improved markedly with her maths projected final grade jumping from a B to an A* along with her physics grade from a C to an A. I could not recommend Dani enough as she is flexible, kind and will go the extra mile. My daughter is particularly fond of Dani's 'relatable' humour and their side line discussions on logic within the fields of Mathematics and Philosophy!!
