I graduated from Oxford University in 2016 and since then have been a private tutoring while also pursuing my interest in playwriting and theatre directing.
Before that I went to City of London school where I enjoyed waterpolo, fencing and acting.
I am a very calm and engaging tutor, always flexible to clients' needs and completely dedicated to the student and their needs.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a full time tutor for over 2 years and have accumulated over 800 hours experience. Predominantly this experience is split between all round 11+ preparation, and GCSE and A Level English.

Tutoring Approach

The hardest thing for a teacher to do is to genuinely teach a student from the level they are at. With private tuition, you have a unique opportunity to develop a student in this way towards success and it is now a skill which I have.
Often the barrier is not knowledge but method or confidence. I specialise in teaching both.

I have prepared students for successful 11+ entry to Westminster, City of London Boys' School, City of London Girls School, Alleyns, Haberdashers Aske's and Latymer Upper.

In curriculum exams I have increased almost all students' grades by a minimum of 1 level, often more. This has sometimes been attaining a pass at GCSE level all the way up to an A* at A Level.
