My name is Ehsan and I am a postgraduate researcher in theoretical physics at Imperial College London. I have been running a tutoring team for over a decade in London and our primary goal has been helping students get into the Russell Group universities. My expertise is teaching further maths, maths, and physics in GCSE and A-levels and helping students with their personal statements and interview skills.

Tutoring Experience

I have been devising teaching materials across various exam boards in the GCSE and A levels stages. This has helped students learn using example sheets and preparing them for assessments. More importantly, I have strived to help students develop study skills, organisation techniques, and strategies to improve their academic performance.

Tutoring Approach

In teaching physics and mathematics, I focus on active learning, building conceptual understanding, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

For physics, I integrate hands-on experiments, simulations, problem-solving sessions, and technology to bring concepts to life.

In mathematics, I use scaffolded learning, visualization tools, and emphasize mathematical reasoning and real-world applications to make abstract ideas accessible. I prioritize regular formative assessments with constructive feedback and thorough preparation for summative assessments.
