I’m an approachable and friendly American SAT and ACT tutor with a love learning which I find transfers easily to my students. I also tutor Maths and English up to GCSE levels. I have lived in the Tunbridge Wells area now for over ten years with my husband and school-aged daughter.

Tutoring Experience

I’ve been teaching/tutoring in a wide variety of subjects (Maths, English, and English as a Foreign Language) for over twenty years. I currently teach/tutor for the American SAT and ACT entrance exams at The Sevenoaks School and to students around the world.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is student oriented. After the first session I have a better understanding of the student’s learning style and needs and plan my lessons accordingly. Keeping students engaged and unafraid to ask questions has been a key element of past students’ success.
