Emily

I am a Cambridge graduate and have studied French from a young age, with my year abroad spent studying at the Université de Nice for a year. I have also studied Spanish, German and Italian and think language learning is a really important part of the school experience.

Tutoring Experience

I have spent multiple summers teaching English to classes of foreign school students, covering elements of speaking, writing, reading and grammar. I also previously tutored younger students in French and Spanish while still at school.

Tutoring Approach

I am happy to be led by the requirements of the student, whether across all speaking, writing and reading tasks or just focusing on one, and whether working up from the very basics or just spending a bit of extra time to perfect the skills needed in time for exams.
