My tutoring approach is centred on personalisation, engagement, and building confidence. I believe every student has unique strengths and learning styles, and my goal is to tailor my teaching methods to meet their individual needs.

Personalised Learning:I take the time to understand each student’s academic challenges, goals, and interests. By creating customised lesson plans and resources, I ensure that the material is accessible and relevant to their learning style.

Engagement and Creativity: I use interactive and creative teaching methods, such as games, quizzes, and visual aids, to make learning enjoyable and effective. For example, I’ve designed card games to help students grasp complex concepts like mitosis, which has been highly successful in keeping students motivated.

Building Confidence: I focus on fostering a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. By providing constructive feedback and celebrating their progress, I help them build confidence in their abilities.

Progress Tracking: I regularly assess student progress and adjust my teaching strategies to ensure they are meeting their goals. I also provide parents with updates on their child’s development and areas for improvement.

My ultimate aim is to not only help students improve academically but also to instill a lifelong love of learning. I am committed to working closely with both students and parents to ensure success.
