My name is Evie, I am 18 years of age and I have recently started studying Psychology at the University of York. I have 10 GCSEs in maths, english, triple science, religion studies, design technology, latin and geography - all achieving a grade 6 or above. I also achieved A*AAB in my recent alevels which included psychology, biology, an EPQ and classical civilisation.

Tutoring Experience

During my time in sixth form I tutored children in the younger years helping them to develop their skills in a broad range of subjects which also helped their confidence and approach to school life.

Tutoring Approach

I would go through the content of a particular topic within the course we are focusing on to ensure that they understand what we are learning. Once the content has been learnt, I would go through past paper questions on that topic to ensure the knowledge is able to be applied.
