Ezgi

Hello! This is Ezgi - I am a qualitative researcher, a UCL graduate with a distinction-level MSc dissertation, and a successful professional with proven teaching, guidance and counselling skills. Have a wide range of living and working abroad experience: Budapest, New York, Maastricht, London, Istanbul... Looking forward to sharing my knowledge on humanities and social sciences, media and film studies, English and Turkish as a foreign language, and any other subject which I can help you on your journey.

Tutoring Experience

I have teaching experience with high school-level and undergraduate-level students on maths, English and social sciences as well as supervision experience with university students who are in the process of writing up their research projects. I also have volunteering experience in dance and drama for children with learning difficulties and socio-cultural disadvantages at the Csányi Foundation. I do offer creative art therapy classes for people who live with loss and grief.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach is caring and empathetic, yet effective and encouraging. I strongly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to pedagogy and learning; therefore, my stance is to be flexible and holistic for students' educational and personal development.
