I am a prior medical student currently on a gap year. My sessions will begin with a brief discussion with my student in order for me to get to know the student, their experience and what they want from their tutoring experience as I believe it is important to establish a good rapport with the student to maximise their learning experience. I then will proceed to come up with a tailored plan with the student regarding what they want to achieve at the end of this tutoring experience.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience in teaching during my studies with younger years. I have also worked for Explore learning teaching the English and Maths curriculum alongside 11+.

Tutoring Approach

I will deliver my sessions in the subjects of Biology, Chemistry and Psychology at the levels of GCSE and A-levels, alongside any personal statement/application support. I will mostly deliver sessions using my own PowerPoint's and questions using a digital whiteboard to explain concepts and to make sure the session is as interactive as possible as I will be delivering them online.
