Fiona supported my daughter with her GCSE chemistry. After getting a 5 in her mock, with Fiona's support my daughter reached a much better understanding of the subject and went on to achieve an 8 in her GCSE and is now studying the subject at A level. Fiona was easy to communicate with and personable, and she made my daughter feel at ease.

I got in touch with Fiona in August of 2018 as my daughter started year 11. My daughter was struggling with her maths and needed a GCSE grade 5 to stay on at her school for 6th form. She had completed mock exams in July 2018 where she had achieved a grade 3. I knew that my daughter was capable of more than this but she lacked confidence and would not ask questions in class. My daughter loved her sessions with Fiona and felt comfortable discussing things that she didn't understand, they became the highlight of her week! As the GCSE's drew nearer, Fiona also helped my daughter with her science trilogy as she was struggling with the physics in particular. My daughter passed her maths GCSE with a grade 6 and also achieved a 6/6 for the science trilogy so she is over the moon! I am convinced that she could not have achieved these results without Fiona's tuition. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fiona.

My daughter had Fiona for some months, covering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths. She found her lessons enjoyable and thought provoking. Fiona will guide, and encourage her tutees to find the answers for themselves, which helped with confidence and self-learning. The communication between lessons was excellent, this enabled organised and well targeted lessons. Fiona was always reliable and punctual. My daughter attained excellent GCSE grades, as a result of Fiona’s approach. We highly recommend Fiona and will definitely ask Fiona for any A-Level assistance.

Fiona tutored my daughter Isabelle in GCSE maths throughout her academic year 11.
She proved to be an excellent tutor, fully conversed with the new curriculum and quickly able to establish a good rapport with Isabelle. Areas of difficulty were ironed out, and plenty of practice papers worked through. Isabelle's performance increased during the year from a C grade in year 10 mock, to an A grade (level 7) in her actual GCSE. As an added bonus Fiona was also able to address any aspects of the physics, chemistry and biology curriculum Isabelle was having difficulty with throughout the year.
Fiona was always punctual and communications were excellent.
