Oh where do is start? I wanted to start learning Italian so I started using Rosettastone. I started using it for about 5 months and i wasn't getting no where with it. So i turned to First Tutors and found Francesca.

Francesca gave me a instant response to my enquiry. I have been seeing Francesca for 3 weeks now and i have learnt so much that i can even hold a proper conversation.

She is very dedicated and goes in depth with the sessions. She has great methods on how to revise and its all GOOD FUN too in the lessons. You can genuinely go at your own pace and have fun with it at the same time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is wanting to learn Italian. 10/10

Actually I paid to have her deities but unfortunately she canceled our an appointment 2 times and then she told me I can't help you so I just lose money. However, she sent me an email 2 times with great help.

I am afraid that this comment it's not totally accurate. I had not cancelled twice, only once and this cancellation was only due to the fact that the tutee was expecting to meet me urgently (the day after receiving my details) on an incredibly short notice. I had no payment offer and worked FOR FREE as the tutee said she could not meet me at my place. I have tried to help her as much as I could by reviewing her material and sending 2 emails with guidance and suggestions (free of charge) which I thought were of great help, as she was panicking about her assignment. The urgency of the job really requires the tutee to be realistic and to pay her tutor for what would be classified and rated as an "urgent job": she cannot expect a tutor to drop everything else and be available for tutoring the day after (particularly considering that this type of tutoring requires preparation and reviewing of a lot of material in advance. I would like also to clarify that she has not wasted any money as FirstTutors has kindly provided with a credit to receive another tutor' s contact details free of charge. I wish her best of luck with her assignment.
