Throughout my personal studies, I have been resilient, thoughtful about my future steps, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve whatever I have set my mind to. I'm excited to share this passion and work ethic with my fellow students I tutor and hope to give them the tools they need to advance their skills and knowledge appropriate to their goals for the future! As a Peer Mentor (at University) and Student Tutor (at College), I have been motivated to help students in both their studies and personal goals with the strategies/priorities I have mentioned above. I recently received the Peer Mentor of the Year Award for my contribution to the Peer Support service; empathizing and being aware of the service in general and improvements to help future students really helped me realize my potential in this area. | I am organized and manage my time very well, I will ensure before class I have all the materials needed and set out a clear and easy-to-follow plan throughout the class, which I am happy to be flexible with. I like to maintain contact and have quick/friendly conversations to discuss arrangements before the tutoring time as well. Peer Mentor and Dedicated Teaching Support throughout College and University for over 4 years.

Currently been privately tutoring primary, secondary and GCSE/A Level students for the past 18 months for: Maths, Chemistry, Physics and General Sciences.

My teaching and tutoring approach centers around creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs and learning style. I believe in fostering a collaborative relationship with my students, encouraging active participation and open communication. By breaking down complex concepts into manageable chunks and using real-world examples, I aim to make the subject matter relatable and easily understandable. Regular assessments and feedback help me track progress and adjust the teaching plan as needed. Ultimately, my goal is to empower my students with the skills and confidence they need to succeed while promoting a positive and enjoyable learning experience.
