I am a qualified science teacher having taught at top public and grammar schools across the UK and the Middle East, including Kuwait and Qatar.
I now tutor full time due to high demand from students across the globe. My lessons are online but I do travel to Coventry, Rugby and Solihull. However, due to personal enjoyment I now only teach KS4/5/university level.

My lessons are tailored to my pupils’ abilities and consolidation of what has been learnt always takes place in the form of exam questions for homework.

Tutoring Approach

I will tailor my teaching methods depending on whether the student is a visual or auditory learner. Where a difficult concept is introduced, I will break it down to a simple manner and expand from there.

My main aim is to build the confidence of my student and make sure they know the understanding behind certain topics. This means they are actually learning the content which will put them in good stead for future studies.

For science tutoring, I tend to teach a topic to a student and then show them pre-prepared exam questions that I have printed from the relevant exam board. This helps to reiterate their learning. Plus, I can identify any topics they are finding hard to understand and address them there and then.
