My name is Holly and I've just graduated with a 1st Class Degree in Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh. I absolutely loved my degree- it's challenging but fascinating, it's a privilege to be learning about some of the most important concepts of modern science. I have been in all of your shoes, whether it's 11-plus tests, GCSE's or A-Levels, and with my experience of exams over the years I have cracked how to revise properly to achieve the very best grades you can. I achieved A*'s in all my GCSE's and A Levels, so have lots of exam tips I'm excited share! Everyone's approach to exams are different, but there are things we all can do to make life much easier. However, life isn't just about studying! Outside of lectures am in a hockey team and play clarinet in a band.

Tutoring Approach

In lessons I will work with you through past exam questions, as these are the most important resource when revising. By doing this, I can identify which areas of the subject you find trickiest (these are the bits we can then focus on). We will work closely with the specification to make sure you're giving the examiner exactly what they want.
