Hello!
My name is Iftekhar Hossain. I am a Mathematics graduate from King's College London where I achieved a first class honours degree, placing top 20th in my cohort.
I have great satisfaction and passion teaching Mathematics to everyone of all ages. I thoroughly enjoy breaking down concepts in various ways to make sure my students understand the lesson.

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring for over 10 years. I first started tutoring my peers A level Mathematics whilst in College. I had designed and created my very own booster classes and use to teach 5-8 people at a time just before Exams.

Ever since then I have been tutoring Mathematics to all ages!

Tutoring Approach

Every student learns differently and I must quickly evaluate their strengths and weaknesses and tailor the teaching to how they would learn best.

I start of with an initial assessment just to get an understanding of their knowledge and working. From this I create a plan of action.

I believe in Mathematics practise makes perfect and I teach by showcasing various examples and methods and making sure the student gets enough practise before moving on.
