I am very lucky to have found Ilona for my daughter. She is kind, patience, knowledgeable. My daughter is in a good hand for improving her English, getting ready for GCSE. We are looking forward to having her the whole year and highly recommended to others.

My son was doing well but not realising his full potential … This changed drastically after he started his tuition . He was able to get support tailored to move him from a grade 6 to an 8-9. The change was so drastic that even his school teachers noticed the change in his quality of work from mediocre to excellent pieces this gave him confidence and motivated him to keep trying to get better and was rewarded for that at the end of the year. I highly recommend Ilona .

Ilona is an amazing teaching, friendly, flexible, conscientious and has given my son a real confidence boost in the subject. Right from the first lesson, Ilona has adapted her teaching to meet the needs of my son and has accommodated his learning in every possible way. She has a wealth of relevant material and truly knows her subjects.

Ilona was a great help with my 7 year old son to prep for 7+ exam. She connected very well with my son and he used to look forward to the lesson. He appeared in Habs Boys and Westminister under school exams and he cleared both with a few months of preparation with Ilona. Ilona was very punctual and tailored her classes basis my sons areas of improvement. Highly recommend her for highly competitive schools’ entrance preparation.

What can I say about Ilona which won’t sound like I am exaggerating how good she is. Firstly, Ilona is extremely professional and punctual as well as being very accommodating. Ilona tutored my son for his English GCSE. My son dislikes the subject, but Ilona managed to not only create an interest for him in the subject but also kept on providing him with tips on how to improve and motivate himself to do better. During his mock exams my son achieved a 4 (D) in his exams and was predicted a 5 (C). In just a matter of a few months Ilona restored my son’s confidence and pushed and tutored him so well that he was awarded a 9 (A**) in both English Language and English Literature GCSE. I can not recommend Ilona highly enough.
