My name is Isha, and I love teaching English!

I have a great passion for teaching and education. I believe that education is the most powerful tool anyone can hold. I believe in working hard to achieve your dreams, as I myself, became a published author at just 19 years old.

I am passionate about reading and writing, and would like to inspire the same passion in the students that I teach and work with. Every student deserves to reach their full potential, and be able to discover their creativity - and I’d love to be the one to help them in that direction.

Tutoring Experience

I have many years of experience working with students of all abilities, ages and backgrounds through being both a school teacher, and private tutor for several years. I currently work full-time as a secondary school English teacher. I have two degrees from university in which I specialise with great expertise in my subject: BA English degree, and a Masters degree in English Literature.

Tutoring Approach

Tutoring should be engaging, as well as being presented in a simple and easy to understand format which enhances what they’re being taught at school.

1-1 tutoring allows the student to reap maximum attention and benefit from my tutoring sessions, in ways that would not be possible in classroom or group settings. Using worksheets and important lesson notes, the student will be given all the necessary materials to understand the tutoring lessons, as well as being able to look back at them when revising.
