I am a university student studying a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science. I have a strong passion and ability for mathematics and would like to help people with their understanding.

Tutoring Experience

I do not have any formal experience, but I helped my younger brother with maths almost every night which contributed to him achieving a good grade. I also helped my girlfiriend substantially with her A level maths.

Tutoring Approach

I would be calm and patient, with an emphasis on doing and explaining examples. I would also greatly encourage understanding over rote memorisation if the student is receptive to that approach, though I understand sometimes you must be pragmatic to get good grades.
