Hi there! My name is Jacqui and I’m an online English tutor for adults. I help people improve their speaking, listening, reading and confidence in everyday English. I’ve worked with learners from all over the world, and my lessons are flexible, friendly, and focused on real-life communication.

I’m TESOL-certified and I studied English Language & Linguistics at King’s College London — so I love helping people speak clearly, feel more confident, and reach their goals in the UK.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience working with special needs children who have conditions such as autism, dyslexia and severe anxiety so I understand that each student has a different learning style that requires adapting to. I have also delivered engaging online lessons to adult learners around the world such as India, Poland, Morocco and Spain which has given me insight into different cultures and teaching English to learners with different accents.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and personalised. Every learner is different, so I adapt each lesson to your goals, level, and pace. I believe in real-world English: we’ll practise speaking, listening, and using the language naturally.
