As a 3rd year dental student, I’ve developed and refined the most efficient ways to revise, and through my 3 years of experience as a tutor, I can say that I truly enjoy being able to help students reach their goals and gain confidence in their chosen subject.

Tutoring Experience

My first job was when I was 14, tutoring young children piano, up to grade 1. Then during sixth form, I tutored gcse students, ranging from the sciences to maths. And finally, for the last 2 years I have been tutoring online average 6 lessons per week, from KS2 and 11+ up to GCSE.

Tutoring Approach

Depends on the student, however I believe it’s important to gain knowledge and an understanding of the content whilst being asked smaller more specific questions. Equally as important, is the exam-approach, (focusing more on exam questions) and how to tackle different types of questions, as the best way to get better at something is to do it more.
