I am a qualified teacher who specialises in preparing students for the 11+ and 13+ entrance exams with a specific focus on English and Verbal Reasoning.

Tutoring Experience

I have 14 years of teaching and tutoring experience .

I have taught English, 11+ preparation, computer science, business studies, history, and geography in primary and secondary schools based in London, West Sussex and abroad.

Tutoring Approach

I focus on finding weak areas where students are losing marks and address them.

In particular, I help students with their writing skills so that they know how to get high marks in creative writing and answering written comprehension questions with the P.E.E and PETAL techniques.

I teach students how to use literary devices, punctuation, ambitious vocabulary and structure so that they understand how they can score high marks.

I use Zoom or Skype to teach my lessons.
