I am a first-year UCL Medical student offering 1-hour online lessons in Maths, Chemistry, and Biology for GCSE, KS3 and KS2 students Having recently completed my A Levels, I am passionate about these subjects and bring a fresh perspective on how to tackle exam questions effectively. I aim to provide valuable insights into what examiners are looking for and the techniques needed to secure top marks, helping you excel in your studies.

Tutoring Experience

As a Maths Subject Champion, I mentored students at my secondary school, assisting them in understanding complex mathematical concepts and improving their skills. This experience enabled me to develop an effective approach to sharing knowledge.

I have a solid understanding of the mathematics syllabus and know what examiners look for, enabling me to guide students toward success in their exams.

Tutoring Approach

My tutoring sessions focus on asking targeted questions to check students' understanding, integrating active recall throughout the lessons and identify areas of weakness. By pinpointing these gaps, I can help students overcome them and build a stronger foundation of knowledge. I reinforce understanding by re-explaining specific topics as needed and using exam papers to give students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a practical context, helping them become more confident and prepared for their exams.
