Joanna's Feedback

In only a few weeks Joanna has honed in on the right support my son needed with his English. She has taken him right back to basics to give him a solid foundation to build on. He is already feeling more positive and motivated.

Joanna has been extremely helpful with assisting my daughter with her understanding of Maths, and always seems to happy to accommodate where she can. Would certainly recommend….

So far so good, Joanna has been working with my son, who has dyslexia. Sessions are tailored specially for his needs and he really enjoys the challenge. Looking forward to seeing his progress

My son is dyslexic and has social anxiety - he has not attended school full time for the last two years. He started seeing Joanna for tutoring over the summer, and now we have decided to home school, he sees her twice a week for Maths and English. Joanna has been brilliant at helping him to re-engage with learning, particularly English, in a very relaxed, flexible and positive way. We will definitely be continuing.

Our daughter has a renewed sense of confidence and optimism for the future after seeing Joanna. She looks forward to her lessons and always leaves with a smile on her face. Caring, considerate, knowledgeable, patient. We couldn't ask for more. Joanna is FANTASTIC!

Very pleased. Our son has been seeing Joanna for additional maths tuition for the past month and already we can see a difference. Our son has autism and is as such is wary of new things and people. Joanna's approach has certainly worked for Ollie, he looks forward very much to Tuesday evenings and more importantly is enjoying maths. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My sons been attending a session each week with Joanne and can see massive difference in his work but also his attitude towards work aswell really happy with how he is coming along would recommend x

The girls love coming. In a short period of time Joanna was able to assess the gaps and see exactly where they were. Joanna is also really good at keeping you updated in the children's progress.

My son has been going to Joanna for one month now and I am pleased with what I am seeing. She is very straightforward, organised and I find that as i am listening I am learning ways to help my son out at home also. i will certainly be continuing with joanna's services.

Joanna is tutoring my son, basically helping him prepare for his eleven plus. It has been a great experience for both of us. My son has developed a liking for English which I never thought possible. This is due to Joanna's approach and patience in dealing with him. My son also gets work to do on his own at home. I think in a way this encourages independent learning which is a good thing.

In addition to this, I like that we set a time table at the onset and all sessions are going as planned… no cancellations which is good especially for people that are not that flexible in terms of time.

Thank you for your help over the last 18 months. We have no doubt that your tuition helped the good SATs results which were achieved. We found your ability to cover maths and english a significant advantage and was one of the reasons why we selected you from the list of tutors. As well as the exam results, your tuition helped build her confidence more generally, especially in maths.
We would gladly recommend you to anyone looking for tuition.

Very easy to arrange - Sam is comfortable with Ms and has enjoyed the sessions so far.

Joanna is very friendly and my son enjoys his lessons which are 'action packed. Joanne tutors once a week in maths and this is building his confidence and enjoyment of the subject. I would recommend Joanna as a tutor.

We feel that Jessica is making real progress even with this very small amount of maths tuition. We will probably wish to continue this tuition until she feels confident with the syllabus.
