Joanne has great enthusiasum and is very positive and is good at developing startergies, so that my child can put what she is teaching him into practice.
Only 2 lessons in and there is definite improvement . My child has been very positive and enthusiastic, and wants to achieve.

Thank you for the feedback… With the right direction I believe that every child can achieve his/her potential. I hope that I can provide that direction for every pupil that I teach. In this case I am sure that by building confidence and providing the right learning techniques, your son will do very well in his exam. I am looking forward to the year ahead and I know that if he works hard, he will achieve his goal.

I decided to contact Jo regarding tution on the idea that she would be able to help me getting my desired B (or a A) in Enlish Lit (A-Level) in my upcoming exams in June. Although i've only just started seeing her, i have to say i am pleasantly suprised to see how after a couple of sessions how much i have broaden my knowledge not only on context but on how to approach novels, understand and write good essays. I am currently writing a peice of coursework, which i have to say i was stuggling with, after my recent session with Jo i am re-writing it with much more confident and feel alot more postive towards acheiving my aim. I hope to comment again in August when my results come in and hopefully get my grade. Though i'm sure it'll happen as Jo is really determined to help her students achieve and she is great at working on problems a child has. In my instance essay writing, already my essay has become stronger and she only left my house a couple of hours ago!!!. I truly reccomend her to anyone who is finding english diffcult and wishes to improve.

Joanne has really helped my daughter with her English. She has a fantastic way of making the subject interesting and easier to understand. My daughter has always struggled with this subject and consequently never enjoyed it, but thanks to Joanne she not only looks forward to her tutorials, but her grades have greatly improved! I would definately recommend her, she is a credit to the teaching profession!

I continue to stay true to my personal motto that I don't succeed until my pupils do. That means that I will endeavour to work with them as much as possible to ensure that they reach their full potential - whatever realistic grade that they are hoping to get I will do everything I can to help them to achieve that target and push to exceed it wherever possible.

So far so good and a large number of my pupils who continue to listen to my instruction and complete the tasks set, continue to improve and progress.

I am confident in this case that with continued hard work and effort, this pupil will achieve her desired grade.

JOANNE HAS BEEN MORE HELPFUL TO MY SON IN A FEW WEEKS THAN A WHOLE YEAR OF SCHOOL. SHE IS ORGANISED, CONSCIENTIOUS AND HARD WORKING. SHE WILL CHANGE THE WAY SHE TEACHES IF SHE FINDS THAT A PARTICULAR WAY DOES NOT SUIT THE STUDENT AND STRUCTURES THE WORK WELL… I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AS A TUTOR WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS!
