I have been a teacher for over 30 years! In that time I have taught in all primary year groups, taught EAL students in a different country and tutored primary aged children. I am very experienced and available to tutor English, Maths, 11+ and phonics.

Tutoring Experience

During my career I have led various subjects, led year groups and been a KS2 lead.
I have been teaching since 1993, have taught in Mexico for 6 years, worked for different organisations as a education facilitator ( including Chelsea FC) and have taught in all year groups from EYFS to Year 7.
I am available to tutor students age 4-12, all abilities.

Tutoring Approach

I know how important your child is and how individual their learning needs will be. I tailor each lesson to suit the child's ability and make it engaging and fun whilst still making sure they learn and progress academically. I am approachable and understanding and will ensure that they are secure in their learning before moving on. Each learning journey will be different and I aim for success. I will encourage your child to be confident and happy in their learning.
