I'm a Learning Support Assistant with many years experience of working in Education, particularly within Inclusion.

Tutoring Experience

I plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning experiences for Year 11 students studying the Step Up to English, an alternative GCSE English qualification, adapting learning materials and teaching style for a wide range of educational abilities and needs.

I was recently promoted to Dyslexia Co-Ordinator which involves meeting with students, liaising with staff and creating appropriate individualised support plans and the development of Exam and Revision Techniques intervention sessions.

I teach with a firm but fair approach, paying attention to the students individual learning styles and abilities.
