Hello there, my name is Kelly-Ann. I'm a qualified and experienced teacher. I love to support students and enable them to achieve their goals. In my spare time, I like to read, travel and spend time with family.
I teach online as this enables me to spend more time supporting you.
I also teach face-to-face in Portishead plus surrounding areas.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught at various levels and to a variety of age groups. I have taught on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and in groups of up to 30.
I've taught both GCSE and IGCSE, as well as functional skills, key skills and KS1-KS5.
I have been teaching EFL abroad and this has increased my English teaching experience to professional adults

Tutoring Approach

Initially, I like to ask a lot of questions, to assess which areas the student needs help with the most. Once this assessment has been completed, I am then able to tailor-make all my classes to the individual.
I also complete both formative and summative assessments in order to ascertain where the student is with their journey
