Hi, I’m Khizra.
I am a Chartered Accountant - previously graduating with a BA hons degree in Business Management with Accounting before pursuing a masters in Accounting & Finance. I have studied TEFL after teaching English in multiple foreign countries & discovering a passion for it. I consider myself to be fun & outgoing while also being resilient and driven. Alongside English, Ispeak fluently in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught English in Brazil & in Pakistan as well as Edinburgh - I am also a certified childcare auxiliary practitioner & worked in a nursery for over 3 years. From these experiences, I have encountered people of all different ages, learning styles, behavioural issues, learning difficulties and attitudes.

Tutoring Approach

I am patient, kind and fair - I believe that learning can be an enjoyable experience, if you have the right teacher! I believe the key to successful learning is being adaptable to the needs of the individual student and forming an understanding and alliance where the student can be transparent about their needs and their concerns. I am here to help achieve goals, whether that be a first class degree, an A or simply bettering your self.
