Kimberley

I am a passionate teacher, who loves working with both children and adults alike. Whilst I adore watching others learn, I also take great joy in being a reflective practitioner and learning myself.

I have a range of interests, some of my favourites being music, good food and pilates! I am now a Mum to a wonderful little girl, who takes up most of my time - something I wouldn’t change for the world! Hence, I am looking for a more flexible approach to the industry I love - Education and learning. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Tutoring Experience

I have 15 years teaching experience, mainly ranging across the Early Years and Primary phase.

Throughout the course of my career, I have been a class teacher in every year group from Reception to Year 6, teaching all subjects.

I also taught English at Secondary School and College, whilst on a placement in the French speaking overseas department of Reunion Island.

As a college student in France, I offered 1-1 English tuition to secondary school students.

Tutoring Approach

I believe lessons should be tailored to each individual's learning style and I therefore feel it is important for us to have time together beforehand so that I can begin to get to know you and understand what you would like to get out of your tutoring sessions.
