Absolutely amazing tutor. I went from a grade C to a grade A in A level maths and I never thought that could happen. Lachlan helped me so much through an exhausting gap year, even after hearing exams were cancelled and I didn’t know where I was going to sit them as I’m a private candidate. However once I found a private centre and my exams were coming up close, Lachlan made sure I understood everything and would try different methods of explaining if I didn’t understand something. If you’re looking for a tutor go for Lachlan!!!

Lachlan has stepped in to help my son in Year 13 with maths. In just 4 sessions, he helped my son achieve the required grade for his predictions. My son comes out of each session saying it was excellent and has told me how good he thinks Lachlan is as a tutor. Lachlan keeps me informed of progress in the sessions. Lachlan's extensive experience of virtual tutoring is part of the key to his success. Honestly I could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

Lachlan helped me achieve a 95% for my physics mid trimester test at university. I had been just passing before I contacted him, and never thought I would get a 95.He has a great teaching style, is kind, and doesn't make you feel like your questions are silly. He is able to break down concepts into small manageable steps, I have a couple of sessions a week and it helps me so much to have that extra support. If you're struggling with your classes, reach out to him, he will likely help you immensely.

Lachlan came to our rescue after our daughter was affected by the recent A Level chaos. He fitted her in at very short notice to tutor her in both chemistry and maths. She is impressed with his knowledge, she can mention a topic and he is able to go straight to it and his tutoring style suits her very well. I would highly recommend him.

Lachlan covers exactly what my daughter needs help with and makes difficult concepts easy to understand and remember. He is prepared in advance for lessons and is committed to teaching. He has an in-depth knowledge of physics and is an excellent tutor. Highly recommended.

Really great & nice tutor who's organized and knows the best way to communicate over online sessions. Made the plan clear and simple to me, making it easier to understand the concepts and went through step by step explaining how he got the final answer.

Lachlan is amazing. My daughter had a very negative relationship with maths. Lachlan has helped her turn that on it's head. Lachlan's tutoring has been really helpful! He explains concepts well and it able to break things down (when the lecturers don't). We get through a lot in the online tutoring sessions, yet he slows it down when I am finding questions/concepts challenging. Highly recommend!!

I only got to meet Lachlan for one season due to my very low finances at the time, but his service IS affordable and he is a brilliant tutor. Explained stuff amazingly, came to my local library and was so patient, clear, kind, and organised ! Excellent tutor. Hoping to have sessions with him now that I can !

Lachlans responding quickly and answered all my question before we booked in a time. The first session was excellent and my son came away feeling positive and confident towards maths and physics. Lachlans helped so much we have booked in future sessions.

Lachlan has exceeded my expectations out of what I would get out of tutoring and how much I would learn - particularly correspondence, which I was reluctant to do opposed to in-person tutoring, but WOW, I have had both types of tutors and finding online tutoring WAY more time-efficient, easier to understand, communicate. Lachlan is encouraging, a great communicator has a relatable way of explaining tricky content! I would recommend and will be continuing to use him through all my physics struggles! Another good point as to why a great tutor - he somehow makes the confusion that can be physics, seem so simple, leaving me to think "why didn't I think/see of that."
