Responsible, motivated, and professional practicing Artist as well as an Artist educator.
Offering Art workshops and helping in Art classes for eight years in both primary schools, youth centre and Art school. Taught secondary school pupils years 7–9 and 9-12 at an Art school, and a north London Academy. I have helped organise Art activities for all children and teenagers at a youth centre.

Responsible for helping students yrs 9-12 to develop their art practice skills towards their
GCSE and A-Level exams.
Taught them about different art movements and showing them a selection of artists from
traditional to contemporary ones.
Opened students minds to observe and analyse what they create through the use of
various Art techniques from drawing, painting, collage, architectural models, casting, mould
making, media video and sound editing.
Helped students yrs 1-5 primary school to develop the basics of drawings, painting and
sculpture through mark making, texture. Opening their minds to contemporary and
traditional artists and allow them to be ambitious.
Responsible to teach students yrs 2-5 primary school the basics of pottery and ceramics.
Exploring methods towards the individual constructions, through drawing with oil pastels,

Worked as an artist in residence working with the reception children to create and design a
large scale sculpture that remains a permanent on the school ground.

Tutoring Approach

In my experience as a teacher I have found particularly useful to learn how to scaffold lessons for students of all needs.
I know that I can offer a high standard teaching, and interesting lessons where students are inspired to be ambitious in their thinking and making.
