My first semester.
Feeling like I had been thrown in the deep end and having no idea what to do or expect.
At the end of the 1st semester and still drowning I found Laura.
Laura showed me methods that have allowed me to engage with the course work.
I now find myself able to organize my workload, organize all my folders and files and have lost the feeling of doom and dread that I once had on waking in the mornings.
Laura is very supportive, very uplifting and easy to talk with.

Laura was a fantastic tutor! She helped me with my third-year university work from support with essays to help during my dissertation. No question was too stupid to ask, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and tailored each session to the work I needed completing. During the weekly sessions my grades increased immensely, I averaged at a 2:2 in my second year but this improved to a comfortable 2:1 with Laura’s tutoring. During this time my writing style improved and became more academic.

Completing my dissertation was a very stressful time, but Laura’s tutoring allowed me to create goals and manage my time more effectively. She was on hand to help me through the whole dissertation process and was available if I needed any extra lessons, especially as my dissertation deadline got closer. She read sections of my dissertation and improved the writing, while also looked for various articles (in her own time) that I could use for my literature review. Overall, Laura was a great tutor and made me more confident when submitting my essays. I fully recommend Laura for any university tutoring, especially related to Sociology or Criminology.

Laura is such a lovely person and it has been a joy to work with her and has been invaluable for my university studies. At every stage of my educational journey Laura has been there to support me and ensure I have the tools to flourish and do my best and to instil confidence in my studies. Laura is a lovely tutor I have worked with her since 2017. She is a smart and talented tutor. She helped me a lot during my PhD, she was always with me when I was lost, stressed and depressed. She supports and motivated me a lot. Her kind words, treatment and support encouraged me to continue pursuing my PhD, even I was facing tough times in my life. I began to look for a tutor during my final year of university. When I first spoke to Laura I was unsure of my capabilities and anxious about the outcome of my degree.
