I am passionate about helping young people. I am an excellent communicator with the ability to create positive working relationships with students of all ages. I have a passion for enabling learners to develop an open mind about the possibilities education can give them. I am enthusiastic, empathetic, supportive and committed.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience teaching in Years 5, 6, 7 and 8. I have a sound understanding of the key skills for English and Maths from Years 1 to 6. I currently tutor students across KS1 - KS3.

Tutoring Approach

I am very encouraging with students and as such, I am always keen to find out how learners feel about their learning and using this to drive them forwards. I like to plan sessions that are personalised and engage each learner as an individual. I have a wealth of experience with planning for progression. I am extremely patient, empathetic and supportive.
