I have recently retired from a full and enjoyable career in teaching. In addition I am an experienced tutor and have experience with both the Edexcel and AQA specifications. I have DBS clearance and, while I mostly usually tutor online, I am flexible and have students who prefer to come to my home with the occasional online lesson.
Tutoring Experience
I have been teaching Mathematics since 1996, initially in South Africa and in the UK from 2002.
I am also an experienced A-level Psychology teacher specialising in Psychological Research Methods.
Tutoring Approach
Each student is unique with different abilities and needs. All my students are one-to-one and I listen to them closely to address their particular needs and identify areas of weakness or missed learning.
